Refund Policy
This policy explains cancellations, billing corrections, and refund timelines for My AI Flowchart purchases.

1. 30-day Money-back Window
New paid purchases are eligible for a refund request within 30 days from the order completion date. Requests submitted after 30 days are generally not eligible unless required by law.
2. Eligible Cases
- Duplicate transactions for the same billing period.
- Confirmed unauthorized charges.
- Technical service failure that prevents product use and could not be resolved by support.
3. Non-eligible Cases
- Requests made after the 30-day window (except where legally required).
- Partial refunds for unused time after a renewal period has started.
- General preference changes after substantial product usage has already occurred.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel recurring billing at any time before the next renewal date. Access remains available through the end of the paid billing period.

5. How to Request a Refund
- Email support@myaiflowchart.com from your account email.
- Include charge date, amount, and transaction/invoice ID.
- Include a short reason so we can validate the request quickly.
Typical response time: within 3 business days. If approved, the refund is returned to the original payment method.
6. Paddle-processed Orders
For purchases processed through Paddle, Paddle may act as Merchant of Record and may assist with returns and payment-related support according to their buyer terms.
