Subscription Cancellation Policy
This page explains how recurring subscriptions are canceled, when cancellation takes effect, and how to request help.

1. Recurring Billing
Paid plans renew automatically at the selected billing cycle (monthly or yearly) unless canceled before the next renewal date.
2. How to Cancel
- Sign in to your account and open subscription settings when available.
- If self-serve cancellation is unavailable, email support@myaiflowchart.com from your account email.
- Include your invoice/transaction ID to speed up verification.
3. Cancellation Effective Date
Cancellation stops future renewals. Access to paid features remains active until the end of the already-paid billing period.
4. Refund Relationship
Cancellation and refund requests are handled separately. Refund eligibility is defined in our Refund Policy.
5. Response Time
Cancellation requests are acknowledged within 1 business day. Billing questions are typically resolved within 3 business days.
